Account Statements

Chariot provides a complete view of all financial activity in your Chariot Deposit Account through the Ledger and Statements sections. These are designed primarily for finance teams and should be used alongside the Deposits view to understand how funds were received and move over time.

Ledger Table

Shows every transaction in and out of your Chariot account. This includes deposits from connected payment sources as well as outbound transfers to your external bank account. Each entry appears as a line item, giving you a full, chronological record of account activity.

Statements

Allows you to generate structured reports of your account activity. You can select a custom date range and download your data in BAI2, CSV, or PDF format depending on your accounting and reporting needs. Monthly bank statements are generated on the first of each month for the previous month’s activity, and you’ll be notified by email.
