Ownership Transfers
The Account Owner has full control over your Chariot account, including access to money movement, settings, and team management. If ownership needs to change, it can be transferred to another user on the account.

To transfer ownership, the current Account Owner must:
Navigate to Settings → Team
Select their own user profile and click “Transfer ownership”
Enter the email address of an existing account admin or new user
The target user will receive an email to accept the transfer and complete identity verification.
Once the transfer is completed:
The new user becomes the Account Owner
The previous Owner is automatically demoted to an Admin
The previous Owner can be removed from the account if needed
Only one user can be the Account Owner at a time.
