Supported Providers
DAFpay is designed to work with all 1,400+ US-based Donor Advised Funds (DAFs). These providers are listed and searchable within the DAFpay platform to make the giving experience simple for donors.
Research shows that donors who give via their DAF tend to give more than when they use other giving methods. DAFpay is designed to make it easier for DAF donors to give and convert with their DAFs.
If a donor notices that their DAF provider is missing or listed incorrectly, please have them email [email protected] and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
🔄 Two Types of DAFpay Support
🕐 Compatible Flow
DAFpay is fully compatible with DAF providers representing over 85% of the $326B+ DAF market. When a donor selects one of these providers, they'll be prompted to sign in to their DAF account to verify their identity and confirm the gift.
Depending on the provider, the sign-in experience may look slightly different — the donor might:
Enter their credentials directly within the DAFpay window,
Be briefly redirected to their DAF provider's site to log in, or
Receive a QR code to scan (or secure text message) and authenticate with their provider on their device.
In all cases, the experience is fast and the donation is fully confirmed — no follow-up or manual verification needed on your end.

Donations made through DAFpay’s compatible flow are marked as “Integrated” in your dashboard.
🕑 Manual Flow
The remaining 15% of DAF providers are supported via an intent-based flow.
In this case, the donor provides their name, email, and intended donation amount within DAFpay, then is directed to their DAF provider’s site to complete the donation.
Since this is not a confirmed transaction, DAFpay cannot guarantee that the donation is submitted. However, you’ll receive all the donor’s details needed to follow up in case the gift doesn’t arrive.

Donations made through DAFpay’s manual flow are marked as “Unintegrated” in your dashboard.
