Notifications

Chariot allows each user to manage their own notification preferences, so you’re only alerted about what matters most to your role.

⚙️ How to Manage Notifications

To update your preferences, go to the Settings tab and select Notifications. From there, you can choose which types of alerts you’d like to receive.

👤 User-Level Customization

Notification settings are user-specific, meaning each person on your organization’s account can customize their own alerts. Available categories include:

  • Money movement (e.g., fund transfers, withdrawal confirmations)

  • User management (e.g., deleted users)

  • Statements (e.g., when monthly account statements are ready)
