# Notifications

Chariot allows each user to manage their own notification preferences, so you’re only alerted about what matters most to your role.

### ⚙️ How to Manage Notifications

To update your preferences, go to the **Settings** tab and select **Notifications**. From there, you can choose which types of alerts you’d like to receive.

### 👤 User-Level Customization

Notification settings are **user-specific**, meaning each person on your organization’s account can customize their own alerts. Available categories include:

* **Money movement** (e.g., fund transfers, withdrawal confirmations)
* **User management** (e.g., deleted users)
* **Statements** (e.g., when monthly account statements are ready)
