Can’t log in to your Chariot account? Here’s exactly what to do to reset your password and regain access.
🔐 How to Reset Your Password
Step 1: Check If You Used Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
Before attempting a password reset, check if you originally signed in with Google. Go to dashboard.givechariot.com/login, enter your email address and click “Sign in with Google”.
If that works—you’re in! No need to reset anything
Step 2: Use the "Forgot Password?" Option
If Google SSO doesn’t apply to you or doesn’t work:
Click “Forgot password?”
Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox
🔄 You can also reset your password within your dashboard by going to Settings > General
