### 🔐 How to Reset Your Password

#### Step 1: Check If You Used Google Single Sign-On (SSO)

Before attempting a password reset, check if you originally signed in with Google.\
Go to [dashboard.givechariot.com/login](https://dashboard.givechariot.com/login), enter your email address and click **“Sign in with Google”**.

If that works—you’re in! No need to reset anything

#### Step 2: Use the "Forgot Password?" Option

If Google SSO doesn’t apply to you or doesn’t work:

1. Visit [dashboard.givechariot.com/login](https://dashboard.givechariot.com/login)
2. Enter your email address
3. Click **“Forgot password?” or** [**click here**](https://dashboard.givechariot.com/forgot_password)
4. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox
