Reset Your TFA

Forgot your TFA method? Here’s exactly what to do to reset your TFA to regain access.

🧭 Step 1: Contact Your Account Admin

If you’re locked out of your account, reach out to your organization’s Account Admin. Only Admins or Owners can initiate a TFA reset for team members.


⚙️ Step 2: For Account Admins — Reset a Team Member’s TFA

  1. Navigate to Settings → Team.

  2. Find the team member who needs a reset.

  3. Click “Reset TFA” next to their name.

This action will send the team member an email with a secure link to complete the reset process.


✉️ Step 3: For Team Members — Check Your Email

After your Admin resets your TFA, you’ll receive an email with instructions to set up a new authentication method. Follow the steps in the email to restore access.

If you’re still unable to log in or did not receive the reset email, our support team can assist you directly.
